Where do you currently deliver?

Currently, we deliver to the New Albany and Louisville areas. Sign up for our newsletter to find out when we are opening in your area.

Do you offer free delivery?

All deliveries over $200.00 are free. Orders under $200 will be charged a delivery fee.

Can I pick a specific delivery time for my order?

Delivery times are not guaranteed due to weather conditions, traffic, and/or other circumstances that are out of our control. If you require an exact delivery time, we recommend picking up your order.

What do I do with the board after?

If you have purchased the board, it is yours to keep (with the exception of large catered events). Board & You have picked boards that are perfect for reuse, regifting, and recycling. 

Do you deliver every day of the week?

Our New Albany store currently delivers Monday – Saturday. Our hours vary based on the day and can be seen on our contact page. We currently are not taking orders for Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.

Do you cater for events?

Yes!  Board & You has grazing tables of all sizes for your events. If you do not see the size you are needing, contact us for more information.

Can I hire Board & You to cater my corporate event?

Yes! We do many corporate events and would love to cater yours. If you do not see the size you are needing, contact us for more information.


Am I able to choose what is on my board?

Every board is seasonal and custom-made to order.  However, you can choose to add more meats, cheeses and produce, as well as substitutions for nuts, honey, and gluten allergies.

Do you offer Gluten-Free options?

Yes! We try to curate the board perfectly to your needs. If you are needing Gluten-Free options, please check the Gluten-Free substitutions option in the ‘Build A Board’ process.

How long does my board last? Can I put it in the fridge for a later date?

Yes! We’d advise putting your board(s) in the fridge if you’re wanting to finish it the next day!

How do I go about attaching a personalized note to my order?

If ordering online, place the desired note in the order note section of the ordering process. If placing the order via phone, tell the Board & You team member that you would like to add a personalized note to the order.


Can I visit the Board & You store?

Of course! We offer various meats and cheeses for purchase, and we allow for pickups if you’re in the area.

How many days in advance do I need to place my board order?

You are able to choose a date in advance within 24hrs prior. The cut off time for the day before is 2pm. However, for larger events, we ask that you place your order at least 5 days in advance from the date you need it.
